Program Rules for Publishers:

Your ezine must be published in english.

Your ezine must accept ads 5 lines, 55 characters plus 1 line contact information.

Your ezine must run the ad even if the advertiser is a repeat customer and is already subscribed to your list.

Your ezine can be of any category except: adult content, gambling, hate or terrorist themes.

The Ezine Ad Team can accept or terminate any ezine for any reason at any time.

Publishers should try to run all ads that are submitted, though if there is a problem, you are entitled to refuse the ad.

Frequency of your publication is not monitored, though once per week is the suggested minimum in order to keep up with ads.

If you fall behind on ads, you should deactivate your account temporarily until you are caught up.

New ezines are welcome and will be placed into our "Free" section to encourage subscribers to join.

Advertisers will be charged a fee to join your ezine. This fee will be based upon your subscriber count.

Updated accounts are required once per month. Accounts may be deactivated if they are not updated regularly. When you update your account, it will place your ezine on the home page.

All ezines must have easy to understand subscribe and remove functionality. We prefer automatic subscribe and remove, but if it is a manual process, all requests must be handled within 48 hours.

If a subscriber must sign up on your web form, an email must go out promptly with clear details on how your signup process works.

The ad can be run anywhere in your ezine, though remember the advertiser paid a fee to run an ad in your ezine so a special placement is encouraged.

Your ezine must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act as shown on the Federal Trade Commission website.
